Initial business setup

  • Institution name and business contact
  • Direct work phone and email
  • General city or service region
  • General collateral class
  • Coverage, credential, reporting, or specialty-review question

Information held for the approved channel

Do not submit a VIN, account number, debtor name, exact collateral location, court document, access credential, or other protected assignment information through a public form or general email.

Operational questions worth resolving

  • Who is authorized to transmit the assignment?
  • What status and escalation process does the client require?
  • What documentation should return to the lender file?
  • Where should recovered collateral move next?
  • Does the unit require specialized access, transport, storage, or release coordination?
